first station to start my 1.5 months journey is at krabi, thailand.
it is not an island but near to the beachside which their main activity is more on snorkeling...
me and my partner departed on sunday 5am morning to hatyai to transit to krabi, there is no direct bus from hatyai to krabi. Unfortunately, both of us overslept and everything messed up as i left my baby pillow at home :(
the driver waited us for 12mins. LOL!! As we passed through the custom, there is one rule> clip rm1 for them so, they'll just pass u easily.. its not a good culture but has been 'well-trained' by malaysian!
we reached the bus station around 8am (Thailand time, which is one hour earlier than Malaysia) and the bus depart at 9am that cost 230Baht. the station is not as new as penang but i like it very much as i won't smell any smoke there.. and its so clean.. be shame malaysian!
and we reached krabi town at 1pm. and changed to Tuk-Tuk, 50Baht to reach Ao-nang at 2pm. Ohhh, we entered a resort sound 'Cliff Resort', i flew up as their deco is so unique. but when spoke to the receptionist, we were at the wrong path.. gosh, first station and we lost.. hahahahaha... called back to the agent, and he asked the resort to pick up us at the cliff resort! how sad! :(

our resort is named as the cliff view resort which is hidden from the crowded yet very nice place to stay. it's very relax and the resort is clean, the rate per night is 1000Baht.
after settle down, we went to the town to take our first dinner, that shop was recommended by the agent. it's nice and cheap if compared to other restaurant. both of us ordered 2plates of rice and 2 dishes, costed us 342Baht. After that, we headed to a beach side and i've seen the most ever beautiful sunset there. as the sun goes down, the view is so owesome!!! cool~
then shop around and got back to resort.. AND WTF!! i got TOTO.. Tomorrow can't join snorkeling!! WHY AM I SO LUCKY???? sobbing!

we woke up and headed to the restaurant to have our breakfast before going to snorkel. their breakfast is not buffet type but can be ordered in set. i have ordered my breakfast which ARE american breakfast, pancake and FREE FLOW of fresh milk!!! nice!! and ready to go exploring at 8am!!

we went on a long tail boat, it's not a speed boat thus it takes time to reach one island to another.. our first island is PODA island, PODA island has a great view around include a pregnant hillside can be seen from the island. besides that, another 'cliff' at the center is also attractive. we hang around for 1hours before left to chicken island. Chicken island is only for viewing but no snorkeling. it was short and departed to another island, TUP island. we had our lunch there, the lunch is awful (i would rate) but the view is nice.. we sat at the center of the island with the great view and hot sun bathing to enjoy the lunch.. wahahahaha... can u imagine how dark are we now? don't care, everything is an experience. and there is another island linked to TUP island but we didn't cross it as we don't know when is the low tide and high tide. LOL!! but there are people crossing. After TUP island, we reached to Pragnang cave. at this place, there are hotel but i think it must be expensive as it is at another island which is not linking with krabi. The tour guide brought us to the cave to see the stalactite. it is hidden, and its another Xanadu. Niceeee.... this is the last station of the day. we reached resort around 4pm.
Opsss.. before forgotten, they had only snorkeling at chicken island for 40mins. which i felt i'm not wasted as my partner told me there's nothing beside few special coral and one type of fish.. hahahahaha....

for the last night at krabi, we went for street hawker food stall, it's not attractive but the food was delicious and CHEAP!! it's only 75Baht plus super yummy dragon fruit milk shake, 25Baht. Shop around and went back to resort to pack our things. tomorrow destination>> surat thani> hua hin
