Kuang Jiang

Kuang Jiang is actually must eat dish during CNY for 'teow chew nang', they used to served when relatives come for the open house! As a child of half 'teow chew nang', even my mum doesn't know how to do it, but i have plenty chance to taste it... thus, when ever is CNY, cousins and i will be the relatives' judge to taste their kuang jiang!
Of course, i'm a kuang jiang lover, and i did ask my mum to make it ourselves, but she shut me down, always.. until a day, she said: why not we try it ourselves once? OH MY GODDDDDD!!!! i think u guys know how high i jumped up! LoL...
In order to get the ingredients, we seek for pro's(my untie)! And i was the chef and my mum, the assistant.
What is the difference between the chef and the assistant?
a chef needs only settle the dish and a assistant needs to clean all the stuff that chef used! :P
